Welcome to OPAL Travel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including those provided to OPAL Clients, Clients referred by OPAL Brokers, OPAL Brokers, and OPAL Employees. By accessing or using our platform (flyopal.com) or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all parties interacting with OPAL Travel, including:

  • OPAL Clients: Individuals and entities using our luxury travel and lifestyle management services.

  • Clients Referred by Brokers: Those introduced to OPAL through our Brokers.

  • OPAL Brokers: Affiliates acting as intermediaries to facilitate client services.

  • OPAL Employees: Individuals employed by OPAL to deliver services or manage operations.​

2. Use of Services

2.1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2.2. Compliance

You agree to use our platform and services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2.3. Prohibited Conduct

Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited. OPAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these Terms.

3. Broker Responsibilities

OPAL Brokers must:

  • Act professionally and uphold OPAL’s standards.

  • Provide accurate information about clients and services.

  • Avoid any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or sharing unauthorized content.

3.1. Misconduct Policy

Any abuse or violation of OPAL’s policies by Brokers will result in immediate suspension. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent account deletion.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information to facilitate service delivery.

  • Comply with OPAL’s payment terms and deadlines.

  • Refrain from abusive or disrespectful behavior towards OPAL employees or Brokers.

5. Employee Responsibilities

Employees of OPAL Travel are expected to:

  • Act with integrity and professionalism.

  • Safeguard client information and adhere to privacy and security protocols.

  • Report any suspicious activities or violations to management.

6. Payment and Fees

6.1. Fees

All fees for services will be outlined in contracts or invoices provided to Clients or Brokers. Payment must be made in the agreed currency and within the specified timeframe.

6.2. Late Payments

Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension and additional late fees.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

OPAL Travel prioritizes the privacy of all parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

OPAL Travel is not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.

  • Losses arising from misuse of the platform by Clients, Brokers, or Employees.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as required by law.

9. Termination

9.1. For Brokers

Brokers found in violation of these Terms may face suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

9.2. For Clients

Clients who violate these Terms or fail to pay for services may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

9.3. For Employees

Employees who breach company policies outlined in these Terms may face disciplinary action, including termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, all parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
